from Thomas Hughes Just a couple of bits and pieces..... not being particularly technically minded, i always found Hils incredible in terms of the impressions that i have of him being able to "fix" anything and just understood stuff. Hils exuded precision and accuracy. Once, I switched a lamp at 54 and it seemed to break... within minutes Hils had taken it apart, set everything back in place, - as good as new .
